Our mentoring programme is designed to provide tailored support and guidance to expectant mothers navigating the complexities of maternity leave while maintaining their legal careers.
The programme will comprise of five hours of one-on-one mentoring sessions, strategically spread across the following key stages of the maternity journey:
2 x 1hr sessions: pre-maternity leave
1 x 1hr session: maternity leave
2 x 1hr sessions: upon return to work
Our program is currently only available to mothers, as it focuses on supporting those taking extended leave. However, we recognise that more fathers are doing so as well, and we may explore expanding the programme in the future.
